Alina Gardner is the Broker-Owner of Golden Door Real Estate Group, LLC in Henderson, NV. Alina was born in Havana Cuba but grew up in Southern California where she graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Finance/Accounting and an MBA. She is fluent in Spanish which is a great advantage when working with the large Hispanic community in Las Vegas. Prior to establishing GDREG, Alina sold real estate at another office in the city of Henderson, worked in Corporate America for many years and held the position of Corporate Controller for several companies both in Las Vegas and Southern California. She now brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. As an experienced agent, Alina understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Alina has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer care and proven ability to eases her client’s fears through a process that can often be quite stressful. Alina is a member of NAR, LVR, VAREP, NAREB and on the Board of Directors for NAHREP Las Vegas Chapter. Alina is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) and is also Military and Veteran Housing Certified (MVHC).
When not selling real estate, Alina can be found with her husband Jim on the golf course, traveling or spending time with their two grown children and grandchildren.
